Hi, I'm Terra, RN, BSN, and I'm the proud owner of Capital City Wellness & Aesthetics. I've been a nurse for over 28 years and I'm also a mom to two energetic boys, Karter (13) and Breccan (10). My husband Kristopher, also a nurse, and I share our home with two dogs, a cat, a gecko, and 13 chickens, making it a lively and loving place. In my spare time, I absolutely love being outdoors and eagerly await football and hockey season every year.
After starting my Critical Care Nurse Practitioner program and focusing my career in the community setting, I decided to further my education, and currently working towards a Nurse Practitioner degree specializing in Women's Health and am very excited about the opportunity to serve more women in my community.

When I started Capital City Wellness & Aesthetics, my goal was to focus on women's health, but I soon realized the broader impact I could have on the community as a nurse.

As a Monona native and alumni of MG, this community has always been close to my heart, and I've always been driven to help the people here.

I am privileged to be able to use my education and experience to help my clients achieve their desired results while also contributing to the local economy in the process. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals, and I know we will be a great team on your wellness journey.
